Our Story

At American Tree Solutions, we are proud to be Northeast Florida’s trusted partner for professional tree care. Based in Jacksonville, FL, and serving St. John’s, Duval, Nassau, and Clay Counties, we bring decades of combined experience to every job. Established in 2022 by co-owners Steve Pullman and Jessen Williams, our company was built on a deep knowledge of the industry and a shared passion for doing things differently. Steve has over 9 years of hands-on experience, while Jessen brings more than 18 years to the table. Both started in the field, doing the hard, physical work of tree trimming and removal before moving into management and operations. They saw firsthand how the industry could be improved — and set out to raise the standard for tree care in Florida.

I’m so glad that I found this tree service!! They were so professional but very friendly from the first call I made ( saw their number on a work truck on 95s I live in Savannah), to them going to my Mama’s house and calling me as they looked at her trees that I was concerned about, to immediately answering all my questions ( never made me feel stupid for asking) to getting a drawing and quote asap, to the crews being so professional but very nice!!! They took care of my Mamas yard, was very watchful of the neighbors (talked with the neighbors who were concerned), cleaned up every piece of wood, debris, and cut some bushes that were just trash for me. I will hire them to come to Savannah they were so good!!! The crew with Justin ( can’t remember if he was the one stung by the ground hornets), Michigan fan, very polite men ( sorry can’t remember all these great gentlemen’s names) and very respectful of me as a woman and had just lost my Mama. Their manners were off the chain, the crews work ethic was unbelievable constantly moving cleaning, cutting, hauling debris without being told!! The owners came by to see if everything was good and also kept me in the loop of every move when I had to leave to let my dog out.
